PGH’s objective is to become a leading “brand name” in real estate and in the development of its own projects. Our aim is to create projects in quality locations and to build real estate of the highest quality with excellent facilities in order to meet the demands of our many and prospective customers.
PGH has already established a reputation by the success of Botanic Towers – a large residential apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City. We are currently developing and building the Saigon Pavillon which is a high end quality/green project with French architecture located in the centre of the city.

Building operation management
We undertake the following services:
- Hire & train staff including receptionist and maintenance technicians;
- Set up and maintain all building operational systems;
- Manage finance and reporting systems;
- Residence and tenant relations;
- Develop and implement long term property maintenance plan.
