General Contractor (Tender or negotiation process)

 

We provide a full construction service with a commitment to time, quality and safety throughout.

 

PHG provide for our client a “one stop shop” in the provision of labour, materials and equipment and including the engagement and management of both direct and nominated sub contractors for specialist trades to complete the project.

 

We work closely with consultants, suppliers and community leaders from start to completion and ensure that the finished project meets and/or exceeds our customers’ expectations.

 

 

 

 

Structure (basements, shell and core)

 

PHG has extensive experience in the building of deep basements down to three levels using both diaphragm wall and sheet piling/shoring construction methods.  We have completed deep basement construction using both “top down” and “bottom up” methods.  Safety in this type of work is a very important aspect of our planning and execution of the works.

 

Besides our projects range from high rise (up to 40 stories high) structures, we have also completed low-rise projects for schools, hospitals and leisure developments.

 

PHG (Coteccons Group) also owns most of its major equipment including Doka Jump form systems, tower cranes, man/material hoists, scaffold etc.

 

Architecture (Building and Interior finishes)

 

Using both subcontractors and our own teams PHG will manage and complete all interiors from the initial masonry works to render and ceramic tiling as “hard finishing” and continuing on with all soft finishing  providing a completed, ready to move in facility for our client.

 

 

Industrial Projects (Small factories to heavy industrial)

 

PHG have been involved in the construction of electrical goods, pharmaceutical, food, beverage (brewery) and mechanical manufacturing of heavy equipment facilities.

 

These projects have involved framing with structural steel over spans up to 85m and including the installation of heavy overhead cranes.  Once again safety in the erection process is of utmost importance.

 

 

 

PHG has “in house” design teams. With our architectural, structural and MEP design teams we will work very closely with our client to determine the scope of the project and to complete design works from concept through sketch and detail design and to provide budget costs for the works.

 

Special consideration in the design of industrial projects will be to carry out detail design works following process design as provided by the specialist.

 

 

PHG in conjunction with their investment and development portfolio will carry out full project management services for these projects.

 

PHG will also offer this service to other potential customers.
