The training courses of HR management and Communication skill
With PHG, our people are our most important asset, therefore the Board of Directors focus on training to improve qualification, management and other skills for staffs. For the training be more effective, PHG not only organizes many regular internal training courses, but the company also delegates staff to participate others courses held by prestigious training centers and research institutes.
Along with the HR Management course, PHG also has sent project directors, site managers and managers of some departments to attend the course of "Effective Communication Skills" organized by PACE Institute of Leadership and Management (PACE). With this course, the learners will improve the ability to communicate in working and business to enhance communication skill and art of each individual… The knowledge from the course has helped company’s managers strengthen their communication and collaboration skills so that they can work confidently and effectively with partners, clients as well as with their colleagues and staff.
