Phu Hung Gia constructs the Complex Mandarin Garden Residential Project
Phu Hung Gia has signed the contract of Superstructure package for 26 stories of Block D of the Complex Mandarin Garden Residential Project with the contract value of 154 billion dongs and its term of construction is 12 months.
Perspective of Mandarin Garden Residential Project
The Mandarin Garden Residential Project invested by Golden Gain Vietnam (-a member of Hoa Phat Group). The Project would be located at the front of Hoang Minh Giam Street, belongs to Dong Nam Tran Duy Hung new urban area, with total land area of 25.886 m2, the project comprises 2 basements, 4 blocks from 21-30 stories height which including 2-3 bedroom flats, Duplex apartments and penthouses with unique design.
To be realized that the Mandarin Garden Residential Project is one of significant projects in Hoa Phat Group’s field of real estate development, Directorate of Phu Hung Gia had designated Site Board whose have construction experiences in many high quality projects which similar to those demanded for executing the project, implementing the optimal method statement, concentrating the advanced equipments in Mandarin Garden Residential in order to ensure the project will be completed on schedule time with highest qualities and always satisfied the strict requirements of the safety – environment on site.
