PHG wins the tender of Gamuda Gardens and E-Office of Industrielle Beteiligung Ltd
Last week, PHG gained the Notices of Award of Gamuda Gardens project and E-Office project of Industrielle Beteiligung Company Ltd.
Gamuda Gardens project invested by Gamuda Land Vietnam LLC. This is one of the townships of Gamuda City project, which covers an area of 500 ha, located on Yen so, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. With the experience of the main contractor of modern projects with exquisite and elegant designs such as Lafayette De Saigon, Đai Phuoc Lotus ..., the owner - Gamuda Land Vietnam Llc has selected PHG to be the main contractor to execute 120 units of semi-detached houses in Gamuda Gardens Township. PHG will undertake structure and bare finish works in 17 months. Total contract value is 292 billion dongs.

At the same time, PHG has also won the tender to become the main contractor to execute the E-Office of Industrielle Beteiligung Company Ltd., The E-office is a building with a basement and four storeys and will be completed in 180-days, including structure, M&E and finishing works. Total contract value is worth 79 billion dongs.
