The 5th PHG Annual Shareholder Meeting - 2012
On June 7th 2012, Phu Hung Gia Construction and Investment JSC (PHG) held the 5th Annual Shareholders Meeting – 2012 at Continental Hotel, HCMC. The attendees were 128 shareholders, representing 8.732.200 voting shares, accounting for 87.32% of total company shares.
The training courses of HR management and Communication skill
With PHG, our people are our most important asset, therefore the Board of Directors focus on training to improve qualification, management and other skills for staffs. For the training be more effective, PHG not only organizes many regular internal training courses, but the company also delegates staff to participate others courses held by prestigious training centers and research institutes.
PHG became a member of Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC)
From 08/3/2012, PHG has officially became a member of Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC). VGBC is a project of the Green Cities Fund, Inc. (GCF) - an international non‐governmental organization based in Oakland, California. GCF was granted operating permission in Vietnam on January, 2008.
