The Commencement Ceremony of C4000 Package – Administration Building, CICT project
After few weeks of pre-construction and site arrangement works, in the morning of March 20, 2012 the commencement ceremony of the C4000 package – Administration building of Cai Lan International Container Terminal (CICT) project was held in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province, Vietnam.
The ceremony attended by representatives of the investor - Cai Lan International Container Limited Liability Co.,, the consultant Tranform Co., Ltd with General director, Deputy General director and all members of the Project management board of PHG.

The C4000 package – Administration building continued the C3000 package of CICT project. When these packages completed, the project will meet the requires of development of additional facilities for port’s infrastructure, to expand other services in logistic for importing and exporting cargos at Cai Lan Port – one of the most important port in Northern Vietnam, as well as improve competitiveness and support the expected growth of Vietnamese exports.
