CIVIL ENGINEER - ARCHITECT
Job Description:
* Male, from 25 to 35 years old, graduated in regular university in Civil engineering – Architecture.
* Minimum ò 02 years of experience in supervisor, be able to calculate the bill of quantity.
* Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, architectural or contructural softwares.
* Good English communication skills, enthusiasm, ability to work under high pressure, able to work outside HCMC.
* Job description:
- Make the progress and deploy weekly works;
- Make detailed plan before conducting the assigned job;
- Research, understand and deploy correctly the drawings and construction methods;
- Work directly with the construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers within assigned responsibilities;
- Order, check samples, synthetic materials and equipments used in construction;
- Responsible for security, safety, environment hygiene, progress and quality of the work in assigned area;
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of payment amount for the construction team, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Complete the profile and acceptance of performed works and recorded daily diary of work undertaken.
