In 2009 PHG gained Quality International Standards ISO 9001:2008 certification for its management systems which are applied from the time of project tender, through the contract and construction process and to the end of the maintenance period.
The PHG management control system enables the company to ensure client satisfaction in respect of workmanship, quality of materials, time lines and cost savings and control.To restrict to the minimum both errors and waste and to ensure the best results our management system is continually reviewed, improved and strictly applied to our daily works.
All employees are required to attend appropriate training to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties competently and effectively to achieve our goals.
