History
2004
Phu Hung Gia Investment Construction Join Stock Company (PHG) was founded in 2004 and became a member of Coteccons Group. Initially, its major sector was real estate investment.
2005
The company commenced the first real estate project named Botanic Towers Hi-class Residential Apartments, which located at 312 Nguyen Thuong Hien st, Ward 5, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC. The project marked to come into being the Botanic brand invested by PHG in real estate market.
2007
The Botanic Towers completed and delivered to owners. At the same time, the company had finished the Botanic sales, sold all of total 268 units. The Botanic Towers was officially operated since July, 2007.
2008
Construction Division and Trading – Investment Division were established with a team of staff moved from Coteccons.
With leverage of professional construction management system and strong support from Coteccons, the Construction Division has been rapid developed, to become a professional contractor, to provide the construction services such as: structural construction, finishing, design and build, project management… from hi-rise projects, hotels & resorts to industrial projects to the customers.
2010
Saigon Pavillon – the second real estate project invested by PHG has been commenced. Located at downtown of the city, on 53-55 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan st – District 3, with French architect style and luxury amenities, the Saigon Pavillon is one of rare real estate projects developed in the center of HCMC. The project will be completed in quarter 4, 2011.
