Phu Hung Gia

Joined to operate Cotec Construction Enterprise since 2002. In 2004, he was one of five founders of Coteccons. As a member of the Board of Management and as Vice President of the Coteccons, he was constantly studying, learning knowledge of consulting, design and experiences in construction management from industrial projects to high-rise buildings, that require strictly of quality and time scale.

Has joined PHG in early 2008 as Deputy General director, beside to handle the company's activities, he has directly managed the construction of large-scale projects, that require high quality, complex methods such as Coca Cola Ha Noi factory, Dorco Hung Yen Blade factory Brewery Factory of VBL, Dai ??Phuoc Lotus villas, Lafayette de Saigon, Coteccons office tower, Royal Tower; and he has developed Saigon Pavillon - one of the company's investment projects. On 01 October 2011, he was officially appointed as General Director of PHG.

Good communication in English, devoted to work, determined in managment, fairness and openness, he is a key leader, to contribute and develop PHG reputation in real estate as well as becoming main constructor in Vietnam.

Graduated from HCMC Architectural University, he joined Coteccons. He was a site manager for many projects: Whitehorse factory, Philips factory, Life River Park resort, Botanic Towers, which were handed over on schedule, good quality and highly appreciated by owners.

In 2008, he was appointed to Director of Construction Division of PHG.  He managed successful for many significant projects such as Bibica Factory Stage II, Coteccons Office Tower, Lafayette de Saigon, Agrex Saigon Tower, Vinabeverages factory. Currently, he runs Saigon Pavillon, Royal Tower, VRB Riverview. On 01 October 2011, he was officially appointed as Deputy General manager of PHG.

With creativity, innovation, confident and dynamic in management, he has succeeded in applying advanced technical methods to speed up the works at construction sites as well as management and operation daily company activities.

With over 11 years in the construction industry and was a supervisor, site manager of many diverse projects in Coteccons and Sagel company, he had accumulated extensive experience in construction and management on sites.

Appointed as the Chief of Representative Office in Hanoi, he is currently in charge of projects in the North.

Decisive, confident, professional knowledge and creative, he and his colleagues are affirming Phu Hung Gia brand in northern market.

Joined Coteccons since graduated university, he had 11 experienced years in construction with significant projects such as ABB factory in Bac Ninh, ODIM factory in Ba Ria Vung Tau, RISS International School, ICDC Office.

At PHG, as a project manager, he has contributed greatly in organizing and management the sites which require high technical methods such as VRG Riverview, Royal Tower, Nestle factory etc.

Good financial management knowledge, friendly and sociable, he has established good relationship with customers, partners, and trusted by colleagues and employees.

Worked in Coteccons about 8 years, he had constructed and joined to manage some projects such as HANSAE Tay Ninh factory, The Manor Hanoi, BORAMTEK factory, Tainan Fiber factory, H31 Phu My Hung, Phong Phu Textile factory.

He was pointed to the project manager in PHG, he has completed and handed-over Lafayette de Saigon, was appreciated about the quality, aesthetics and scheduled by the owner. Currently, he manages and executes company’s key projects: Dai Phuoc Lotus, Vietnam Brewery factory. He is also in charge of Safety system in all sites.

Frankly, high cooperation spirit and good communication in English, he has created good relationships with customers, investors as well as with staff, colleagues.

Graduated MBA from Paramount University of Technology, with experience in marketing and sales area for many years in previous multinational companies, she was with the board of directors and staff to develop a network of manufacturers, suppliers and partners to provide building materials to construction projects across the country.

She also participated in training courses of sales and management in Vietnam and abroad, to support effectively the business of the company.

Worked as role of deputy manager and M&E manager for many industrial and civil projects in Coteccons for 8 years, he had completed and delivered projects to investors on schedule.

Technically proficient, well experienced in organizing and managing the construction processes have helped him to run well the assigned M&E Manager’s tasks in PHG.

Cheerful, confident, decisive with good negotiation skills, he and his team members develop strongly the M & E department to become a professional M&E construction contractor, appreciated by customers.
